Cancelation Policy

We reserve your appointments especially for you therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. 

Any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours notice or no show will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved service. This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our stand by clients of any availability, as well as keeping our stylists schedules filled. 


Return Policy

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase as required by DVIR SALON in order for any exchanges and/ or refunds to be given.


Service Policy

At DVIR SALON we guarantee all our services. Our goal is to ensure all our clients walk out our door happy and satisfied with their received services. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the services provided please feel free to let your stylist/front desk know within 7 days. We do not offer refunds for any hair services at this time… We do offer a complimentary fix for all hair services within 7 days with the original stylist or we can recommend another stylist if you prefer. Any redo request made after the 7 days of the service date will be under the discretion of management’s approval and may result in full service price.
