Naho Tsukada

Raised in Aichi, Japan, Naho quickly began her days in a salon setting while just a young high school student. Immediately after graduating, she attended cosmetology school and began working full time in a salon in Nagoya. It was here where Naho began styling brides and bridesmaids for weddings – sparking an interest not only with hair, but make-up as well.

Always having the desire to see the world, Naho made her way through Thailand, Singapore, Korea, Australia and Italy to name a few – until finally making it to the states and falling in love with New York. After earning her certification in make up design in 2006 she soon after became a full time stylist for Dvir Salon.Some of Naho’s outside work has been seen in magazine ads and fashion shows across the city. It was however, Dvir Salon where she learned English best and was able to build relationships with each of her clients. It’s because of these important relationships that Naho prefers the warmer, more personal atmosphere of the salon over the shoots.Naho continues styling her clients for weddings and big events.
